Just talked with Jim (who talked with you). We have a two-prong approach here:

1. See if we can move the wheels of industry fast enough to make you a contingent offer in the next day or two (interviews, offer letter, matrix, etc.)
2. If we cna't make that work (and I dont' know how good we are) -- then we will pursue you as a regular hire -- you've gotten a lot of recent reviews, and we do have a fair amount of Navy work going on -- so this may be a match made in heaven over the next month or so.
