Hi, I'm a freelance journalist working on a story about public artists and how they get funding. I've got some questions I would like to pose to public artists::

Has it been difficult getting organizations to fund your projects? Is it especially difficult when you are just starting out? Would you have advice for public artists starting out on how to obtain grants?
