BlackBerry Help Desk Ticket

NFH199467 is the ticket number. Blackberry stopped being able to send and receive messages. Called AT&T and went through their technical support folks. Nothing on their end. They told me to get removed from the BES and wipe the client database and then use the application loader and reinstall the BB operating system. Then get readded to the BES.

I am working with Dale to accomplish this.

I have been removed and then readded to the BES. At about 11:55, my BlackBerry received an email. Looking at the Desktop Redirector, there are about 30 messages queued up for delivery. I still am unable to send. Message Status: Failed to contact service. This is different from the old message. I have not been contacted by the Help Desk notifying me of any changes.

I am rebooting the device to see if the hard reset clears up anything.

After the hard reboot of the device, I watched, using the Desktop Redirector, the amount of messages forwarded increase and the amound pending to handheld decrease to 0, but not the unit is receiving these emails. Not sure where they are going.
