you can download them from www.animesuki.com, get the Toriyama World release. It has a nicer font than the others there.

I still can't figure out what he's looking for, the anime or the manga? Because i know a place where you can watch (but not download) the anime but the manga is only found on irc. But I'm sure he's found everything on Bittorrent by now. If only it wasn't so slow...
