I want to Dl Ova's and I get them fine off of Kazaa but I don't have DivX so when I try to DL Avi's it only gives me audio. I know you're thinking "why does she not just DL DivX then?" well here's the deal: I try to Dl DivX and it just completely freezes my computer. the last time I tried I couldn't get online completely for 3 days. Is there ANY possible way I can get Ova's another way. I had WinMx but I was forced to delete it since I'm a loyal Kazaa user and I didn't really know how to start using WinMx...hehe.

hmmm you cant download DIVX... maybe you need a download manager? If worse comes to worse, you can always burn an avi and bring it to a computer capable of using DIVX and watch it there, or convert it to Mpeg with TMPEG.

Oh....i'm kind of computer illiterate when it comes to these so don't mind me if this is kind of a dumb question but.... Where do I get a download manager bc if you think that will help I will definetly try that. ^^ Thx much for your help

You could maybe find a site that offers just the DivX codec and not the player, which is probably what is reall screwing your computer up. Do a searc for the DivX codec. You may even find it in KaZaA.

go to www.downloads.com and get it from their. They have everything under the sun I shur you'll find what your looking for their. If not DivX get FX or twin videoplayer it plays anything from rn. to avi.

also...................you could download an extention for either quicktime(indeo video) or real...look in the prefs fo updates
