SLAs for Software Process Improvement : LUSENET : Service Level Management : One Thread


Has anybody had experience in implementing a SLA when dealing with an external service provider (read consultant) for the implementation of software process improvement based on the Capability Maturity Model for Software (SW-CMM).

I would be interested in practical examples that we can apply for managing the relationship of the service provider on a global scale.
