Hello tt everone, 1. To weld "steel to steel" and "steel to copper" by using spot welders, how I can determine welding parameters?

2. Is there any practical method to make burr-free spot welding? 3. Is there any easy-practical methods to use in mass production to clean the burrs?

Answers

1. Steel to copper is difficult. Use power full Inverter resistance spot welder. Use our TUNGCORE tips (Copper tungsten).

2. Use spot welders with pre-heating mode.
