How do I make my 11 hp lawn mower go really fast (I already changed the pulley)

Putting larger tires on the drive axle will change the gear ratio, thus making it go faster. The bigger the tires though, the harder it is to get going...

lawnmowers have low geared rearends so they cant go but so fast without changing the rearend
