There isn't anyway to find a Lupin the 3rd video in stores. It used to come on Adult Swim on Cartoon Network but they cut it off and replaced it with Trigun. It was realeased from pioneer on April 8th 2003 and already cut off 2 weeks later. Amazon Shopping offers Lupin Videos, chances are they are out of stock. I tried buying one.

Now i am trying to find a mp3 on the Ending of the 2nd tv series of Lupin the 3rd. Can you help with that one?
