I have a remington 700PSS and I am going to put a Leupold 8.5-25x50mm long range M1 tactical scope on it... I could use some advice on which rings and bases are going to work the best with this set-up.

On Page Leupold.com they have a specially programm for this. You can type in your riflesystem and scope and the programm will show you the best rings for it. cu KOBOLD

For a truly bulletproof set-up, have the receiver clipslotted and use a lugged base.
