I may have what you are looking for! We have an espresso/ice cream/smoothie building. It is 8' x 12' and is mobile. It is on wheels. We live in Idaho and ran it successfully for 6 years during the summer months. It comes with a barely used espresso machine (6 mos) and all equipment. We have an ice cream freezer, a commercial blender, an old fashioned shake machine, grinder, sink, awning, etc. I have pictures to email. It's very cute! If interested, email me to discuss price. I have an Espresso/Smoothie Concession Trailer complete, licensed, and ready to operate. I moved one of my coffee shops into a trailer basically to see if I could do it.. It worked! I've got two blenders, commercial malt maker, Two bean grinders, La San Marco Commercial Espresso machine with two filtered water resevoirs for espresso, refrigerator, freezer, four sinks, running water with pump and hot water heater, continuous drip trough, microwave, hot dog cooker, 4 station propane heating bins, cash register, shelving, cabinets and draws, all into a trailer 8" x 12" (it may even be 8' x 10"). The trailer runs on 110vac or 220vac and has a generator to make it totally self contained. I had licensed it this year thinking that I may want to use it but have become extremely busy with other endeavors....
