Er...I think it's a she actually. Anyway, Karin, you can download every single episode and movie from IRC. Download mIRC at http://www.mirc.com then join the Aniverse network and then go to the channel #sailorcenter once you're there.

Hey girl I know its hard to find them I'm looking for them my self. If your looking for season five its going to be even harder. Well Kazaa's ok but the problem is not many people are sharing them. I'm trying to fix that. Shoujo Anime has some good subs...If your looking for dubs here's what I've compiled so far...and as for everyone on this list grow up.... Its obvious the title was to get your attention and just because you can't understand something doesn't mean its bad.

A nice website to get all the sailormoon episodes (from the 1st season to the 5th), go to http://www.princessserenity.net. though the links aren't working right now you should keep checking on them cause she updates them most of the time
