Shutdown option...won't shut down.

In the options for the backup, i have selected "shut down windows, with force." when backup is completed,

however, the program only shuts down the computer to the "It is now safe to turn off your computer" screen (Win2kPro), and doesn't turn off.

i have a decent computer with an ATX case, so it should switch the computer off, not give me this screen? what do i need to do to correct this?

thanks, tim.

Yes... I don't think it is a NHB problem as much as it is a BIOS or Windows problem. I assume that the computer behaves the same way when you turn it off using the Start Menu? I don't remeber where you make the setting to turn off the computer completely, but I'm pretty sure it's a system wide setting (= it doesn't depend on how you order windows to shut down, if you use NHB or the Start Menu or the CTRL+ALT++DEL).
