.reformat your hard drives to ntfs..to do this you need windows 2000 or xp.

it's probably not your hardware so much as it is your operating system. I bet you are using windows 95 or 98 right? You see windows 95 and windows 98 use the fat32 file system, which limits maximum file size to 4gb, an avi file will eat up that kind of space in no time! But windows 2000 and xp use the NTFS file system which has UNLIMITED maximum file size so you can keep capturing until you run out of hard disk space. What operating system is in your "other system"? that you used the capture card in succesfully? I'm betting it's win2000 or XP? That's why....

ANSWER: Upgrade your system to an OS that uses the NTFS file system.

Windows (I mean any windows with fat32) doesn't let you create bigger files than 4 GB. There's no way to work it around. You could try NTFS but I have no experience with that so I'm not sure. Ok buddy, have phun!!
