listen ive read alot of stuff about poe and people have differnt stories basically edgars mom was a actress and his dad ran out or died, she died in front of him of consumption. allens take him in. he does drugs like opium. he falls in love with best friends mom. she also dies of consumption in front of him. then he falls in love with his 1st cousin and marries her. he made beutiful works but never made money.
