Can anyone give me a critique of the poem "Annabel Lee"? Also, who was it written for and why?

The poem was written in memory of his wife, Virginia Clemm, who died of TB. In the poem, Poe is basically recalling his love for his wife, and how when she died, he died in a sense because his life was in her.
