Old Jug Tavern

The stop at Winder, Georgia was located there because it was the site of the "Old Jug Tavern". This stop was on the line of the Gainsville Midland which became part of the Seaboard Airine Railroad. Does anyone know if the Old Jug Tavern is still there? Is anything still there? Thanks

Dick -

I live in Gainesville and - given that is is supposed to rain all weekend - need an excuse to get out of the house. I will try to run down to Winder and check it out. I don't know if it is still there or not as my eyes are usually focused on the locomotive as I drive through Winder.
