I went to the party last week in New York City. Julian mentioned that a fourth car might be coming to Hoboken, near a future light rail station. There will be two stations in Hoboken at 2nd and 9th streets. Which location will the car be close to?

I'm thinking of buying a condo, and if the car were close to the 9th st station it would be perfect. There will be an elevator from Jersey City Heights (where I am thinking of buying the condo) down to the light rail station there, so it would allow access for many people from that area of town.
