Could someone please help!

I have divorced my wife because at the time of our marriage I was under heavy medications due to a motorcycle accident. This accident has left me with problems in our ability to procreate. At the time I did not know this.

She is not from my country, but from Costa Rica. Do I need to seek an annullment in her home country, or can I seek one in my own coutry and once the anullment process has started have them send all the information to Costa Rica? We never lived there and hardly anyone knows our relationship there.

What I meant with diminished capacity was that I had 2 broken vertebrae and a fusion of L5S1 disks. That left me for 1 year with heavy dosage of pain supressors. In that time she got nagging that we get married. I accepted, not understanding fully what she wanted. Aftewards when I could not perform as she expected she grew angry and unconsiderate. It was then that I understood that she had only used me to get citizenship.
