Answers

a. buy aluminum sheet, bend it or use a torch to make it softer (but keep in mind softer is also softer when snow hits it)

b. bend cardboard into a good shape, put in separation gel, and then put fiberglass cloth and resin on top and be sure to make it thick

neither are garage project for most people but the finished products will take all but solid ice

They sell plow attachments for atvs. they seem pretty sturdy. If you have a truck they also sell them that connect onto the front. These work a lot better than an atv plow.

I used a plow from a lawn tractor. cut the linkage of and flip the blade around to mak a pluller instead of a pusher. u will have to work out the lever to raise and lower also the connection to the atv. remember pull from the middle and tension on the sides so it can go off to the side
