Michael Jackson did not, and still doesn't molest anyone.

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Michael Jackson : One Thread

Before anyone can say that Michael molests little boys, have you actually seen any evidence of this? Here is a link to a copy of J. Chandler's declaration of the supposed molestation: http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/mjdec1.html

Now, if you read it all, it all seems very unreliable. It seems that Chandler seemed to "like" the abuse, until--*gasp* his father got custody of him? Could it be possible that his father just lied about any of this sexual abuse, just to get money? Yes. Notice how after they got $18,000,000, they didn't seem to be all that angry about the molestation anymore.

Amy - michael jackson wouldn't do a thing like that? Of course you must be right. No pedophile would ever try to get close to children by handing out toys to kids (sick or otherwise). And there's no such thing as a cycle of abuse either. He has had a terrible life all the way to the bank and as for hanging around kids - would you let one of your kids spend the nite with him, in the same bed, with no-one else present? Maybe he is innocent and being targeted for money (it is possible), but don't be so naive as to think that just because he is seen to do good deeds and is famous and is a musical genius that he can't be guilty of such a crime. I love his music but will not let that convince me he's not a kiddy fiddler.

On a lighter note, I heard that Michael Jackson and his wife took their baby to the doctor soon after it was born. Michael sat there with his wife and she prompted him to ask the doctor how long should he should wait before he resumed normal sexual relations. The doctor considered this for a minute and then said "Oh I'd wait until the kid's about 10 or 11".

Yes it is disgusting thet the parents dropped the lawsuit after recieving a payoff from MJ. This might suggest bad parents willing to profit from their child's abuse and does not mean the claims are false. For f**k's sake - the child didn't drop the charges, the parents did. If I falsely say you wronged me, would you offer me a payout just to leave you alone? Of course not. So why did MJ pay $$$ for something he didn't do? Sheesh....

michael jackson is not a sick man.he wouldn't do a thing like that. have you seen him on tv handing out toys to sick kids. even though he is a 45 year old man he is a child at heart. he never had the experience of being a child because every time he tried his father would lash out at him. he has had a terrible life and i think he just likes to hang around kids

Although Michael Jackson could have some serious mental illnesses developed from drastic changes and parental detatchment, he is a nut case. Michael Jackson may not understand various subjects due to a lack of emotional maturity. However this is no excuse to go insane with it and begin sleeping with 12 year old boys. If he doesn't like trouble he should at least try avoiding it. When anyone grows up regardless of whether they do or do not desire to they have to adjust to the general standards of whatever society they exist in. We're all aware that Micheal didn't really "grow up" in society but he does have a brain. Whever his mind is, he must start to use it. Most people know the quote: "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting to get a different result." Micheal Jackson needs to stop practing his strange behavior or it could cost him his life.

MJ likes to fuck children in the ASS ! ! !

Let me tell you something. MJ rapes kids. He gets them in bed and then sucks them off. Nuff Sed.

I can't believe that people can't see the truth right in front of their eyes. People are so clouded by his fame and fortune for the past several decades, they can't see an individual who is struggling with some serious mental problems. He is just a man with serious psychological problems. Michael Jackson is a true pedophile. He is 45 years old, and has been whining about his lost youth for too long.. Get over it and live on. This is a true indication that he is not right in the head. Its not normal to hold on to the past the way he does. Micheal you are not getting any younger and by hanging out with little children won't bring your youth back. Has anyone seen him in any kind of relationship except for the children he lures into his home? He chooses to neglect the birthright of his own children to know their true mother. Is that normal? I know he has got to be proven guilty in a court of law, but it sure seems evident to me that he is guilty. Any normal person at his age wouldn't want to devote all their time and energy to children 24 hours a day. He can't even speak like an adult. He talks as if he has been scolded by his parents all the time. He clearly has no self esteem, hence the multitude of face lifts and the way he conducts himself when speaking. He never looks anyone straight in the eye. He's ashamed of himself and possibly the numerous occasions he has shamed other children. You can see it in his mannerisms. I could go on forever about how odd he is. With all the money he spends senslessly he should spend it on some psychiatric help. Yeah he is an artist and most artists are eccentric, but he goes past the line when it comes to sleeping and sharing your bed with children. As if that is going to make everything so much better. What's up with the secret bedroom? Sounds pretty creepy --- thats not normal unless your hiding something. Showering children with money and gifts is not the answer, obviously it didn't work for him. Why is every one so disallusioned? Enough said!

Chandler "liked" the abuse? Victims can be easily fooled into believing that an orgasm means they liked it, even when they are filled with revulsion. Kids dont really like sex with adults. The father may have been afraid of the media blitz if he didn't settle; or he may have cared more about the money than the kid. He wouldn't be the first father -- I hear some parents are selling pictures of their kids on the net.

Adults, no matter how weird otherwise, don't put their all into attracting children (giraffes!). They don't find sleeping with unrelated kids "sweet".

Why "sweet" anyway?

Jackson talks like a pedophile, and no one says these things except pedophiles.

I`m a psychologist and I see two things: Michael Jackson does not live on this planet. He ist not from "this" world. For all his life he has been in the public eye. It is clear to me that this will make a person change. Since Michael lives in his own world he has his own rules. Whatever he does to the children: he does not do it out of evil. He truly thinks he is innocent because the way he thinks is not equal to our way of thinking (anymore). Second: Personally I think Michael Jackson sleeps in bed with children because he loves them. He feels close to them and - because of his own rules- wants to be "near" them. This has nothing to do with sexual stuff. I can imagine him cuddle or take hands with them. One must state, though, that in "our" world this is not really understandable and not correct because he - without probably knowing or wanting to know- breaks our rules and therefore those of these children who can easily feel ashamed since Michael Jackson does not respect "limits". 12/13 year old children are close to puberty- so all I hope is that Michael Jackson understands that he must respect these children in wanting to keep a natural distance. Even if they do not ask him to. I hope my thoughts prove to be true- and nothing more serious........

About nine years ago, I had been out partying with a friend. We left our children with a sitter who left after we got home to my place in the early morning hours. I thought I would get a few hours rest before watching these little ones. This was one hot day and the children while we slept in separate rooms, went outside unsupervised. The neighbours (whether out of concern or maliciousness,it's a racist community ) saw these children unsupervised and called the child protection agency. Turns out I slept through the child welfare authorities taking the children into custody. I had my children returned to me and I have since turned my life around. The other woman decided that I called the authorities and I should have to pay for this and she went around spreading lies and rumours and adding more and more to the story. (Her baby was found with only a diaper on in the house as was mine.) She claimed I took the child's clothes off to make her look bad and that I had every intent to have my children taken into custody. that I didn't want to look after them in favor of a boyfriend. To make a long story short, I called the child authorities after a year of harassment from this woman and her common-law spouse (who by the way still hadn't had her children returned to them )to find out who exactly called. It was a man and the person who had taken that call way back when was insistent that it definitely was not me as I was in no condition to make a call. This authority also said she was very familiar with the case and that family and she said they were making up stories. they have all this on record. Now the child is saying, "yes, he remembers me making the call to the authorities and his parents are right in saying it was me..." Now does that make sense??? I now have trouble believing in the credibility of some youngsters unless the entire reason and purpose of them saying something is so. In this case, there is proof it was not me on record and possibly on tape and this kids says it was me???? That's something to chew on for those who believe that there is evil in someone. That payoff?? no amount of money would make me erase someone molesting my son or daughter. Molestation is a lifetime sentence and a settlement just wouldn't do it. I have been molested as a child. I honestly believe that child was coerced into making a hug from michael into something worse. A child these days threatens to sue his or her parents when they are disciplined. Parents working for material gains are the worse parents. Read the bible.

You will see. Michael Jackson will be convicted of the charges. It was only a matter of time. A 45 year old man sleeping with children should have been a red flag to every responsible adult. My question is, where the heck were the parents when this was all happening?

Jackson is a pervert and a child molester. He should not be around any child. You defend him like he is some God. This is a guy who denies plastice surgery, but over the years has gone from looking like Gary Coleman to Diana Ross.

The man is a liar, a coward, and a threat to children. My only thing is that the parents should also be held for neglect of a dependant.

Lets face it at the age of 40 or older sleeping with you kids is just not appropriate, if it is someone please explain. However, you have to wonder what the quality of the character of the parents who let their children hang out with this freak is. They must be either really stupid and niaive, like the MJ sympathizers on this list are, or after cash and really don't care about their children. As for Michael, he may be a molester, but if even if he is innocent, he is still a huge freak who needs more help than is currently available.

Vist http://www.bedlamasylum.com and check out their 'museum' section to see the actual documents submitted to the court in 1993 by the lawyers of Michael Jackson's alleged victims. Frankly, I think that they show all the classic signs of a paedophile in action - they describe how he 'groomed' the child, awed him with gifts and attention and then used every means at his disposal to get what he wanted. Don't bother with hearsay about what Jackson allegedly did to the boy...read the documents for yourself and make up your own mind!

More than 10 years have passed since the 45-year-old singing superstar faced a child-molestation investigation in a case that never resulted in criminal charges.
The singer who had international hits with the albums "Thriller" (1982), "Bad" (1987) and "Dangerous" (1991), saw his career begin to collapse in 1993 amid allegations he molested a boy. Jackson maintained his innocence, and charges were never filed. He reportedly paid a multimillion-dollar settlement.
Jackson is also connected to Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano, who has begun serving federal prison time for possessing illegal explosives, and is being investigated about whether he secretly taped conversations of celebrities and their lawyers.
Pellicano, 59, reportedly worked for Jackson while the singer was under investigation for child molestation in the early 1990s.
As the raid was under way, Court TV reported that the warrant was tied to allegations brought by a 12-year-old boy. That could not immediately be confirmed by The Associated Press.
In a television documentary broadcast on ABC earlier this year, Jackson said he had slept in a bed with many children. "When you say bed you're thinking sexual," the singer said. "It's not sexual, we're going to sleep. I tuck them in. ... It's very charming, it's very sweet."
As of last December, when Jackson interacted with young fans outside a lawsuit hearing in Santa Maria, Calif., he was still inviting children to his home for parties.

I believe that if your child is hurt you want justice--not money--if it were my child I'd want justice--plain and simple--only jail or death would satisfy me--he could keep his money--this behavior is suspicious at best--

An interview with other children who visited Jackson @ Neverland netted no complaints of abuse--famous and otherwise--Oh except Corey Haim--who said that Jackson cut him off when he got older--couldn't have been that whole psychosis drug abuse thing huh Corey?--

Anyway--I just don't believe that a real parent would be interested in money at a time like that--

I realy dont know what he did but I think that its strange to sleep in the same bed with other children :|. He has a big house doesnt he? Why couldent they sleep in an other room? Michael Jackson was a victim of extortion. Pure and Simple. 1. In 1993 Michael Jackson ...[after searching his home and taking several boxes of photographs and videotapes] "A source from the police department told the Los Angeles Times, "There's no medical evidence, no taped evidence...The search warrant didn't result in anything that would support a criminal filing. Fact. 2. It was learned that the boy's father, Evan Chandler, was a Beverly Hills dentist who wished he was a screenwriter. He had recently had a screenplay made into a movie that was based on an idea of his son's. The boy's parents, married in 1974, divorced in 1985 and were both now remarried and were involved in a bitter custody battle for the boy. It was also learned that Chandler was delinquent in his child support payments by $68,400. The boy's mother, who was with the boy on his visits with Michael, first learned of the allegations from police, not from her son or his father, and was completely shocked. She said she had no indication anything untoward was going on. But what doesn't fit in this case is that the boy repeatedly chose to visit Neverland over scheduled visits with his father...Jordy then complained that his father always wanted him to sit in the house and write screenplays, and that his father just wanted money. [Jordy made these statements during an interview with investigator Anthony Pellicano.] It was reported that Chandler asked Michael Jackson to set him up with film projects in the amount of $5 million per year for four years, for a total of $20 million, or he would go public with child abuse allegations. When his offer was refused by Michael Jackson, the father became furious.

3. 'I've seen so many extortion attempts against the Jackson camp and they never turnout to be worth anything.' Taraborrelli told Time magazine that in researching his book on Jackson, 'every damn butler, housekeeper, chauffeur and chef wanted $100,000 for their insights into his private life.

4. The recent outcry by the media/press has been spawned by Gloria Alldren the former laywer of the the chandler boy. ...Gloria Allred, an attorney hired on August 31 to represent the boy, held a press conference on September 2 declaring that, 'my client wants to have his day in court.' Within a few days of her assertion about her client that, 'he is ready, he is willing, he is able to testify. Gloria withdrew from the case and refused to disclose why. I know why; Because Michael Jackson was wrongfully accused.

MJ should fake his death because he'll end up making more money and live a private life of ease. Besides, we all know you can make more money dead than you ever do alive.

Michael Jackson is not a pedophile. I too get tired of people picking on the guy, lay off him. Have all the MJ haters stopped to think of everything really? Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, so if you don't like him, you don't like him fair enough. But think of this, if Michael Jackson wasn't there paying millions of dollars (and then some) to support and help people/children in need (not to mention everything else he does for them) Who would? Most people don't have that kind of money and for some the ability to help (we can all put in our prayers for the people/children who need help). So if you don't like the guy, ok, but get off his back. Michael, I think you're absolutely beautiful don't let them get you down. I think those people don't understand abuse and I don't wish it upon them either for reason's you, me and other abuse victims understand. Unfortunately there is a neccessary ignorance but it is just that, ignorance. For those people who don't like Michael Jackson maybe stop and think about where and who's pocket's (who can't afford it) that money is going to come from, it would be a lot more than a $2 coin for the person who knocks on the door. I love you Micheal, love you're music and everything you do for all of us.
