We are getting into larger calibers in the military. The .308 is a great round, but the military is looking at anti armor along with personnel. A 50 cailber rifle will also shoot out past 1800 meters accuratly. I've shot a barret and an accuracy international, and I'm a believer in it. Oh, and being a ground pounder myself, You guys aint SH*T to a Grunt scout.
