hey, every time i play a "home made" VCD the picture is allover the screen and there is a bout 20 of the same thing.i have changed the PAL thing but it is still the same?????what is wrong????

I experienced this on two separate occasions: 1. When I tried to play a SVCD in a DVD player that supported only VCD 2. Burning the VCD at a speed that was too high.

Possible solution for you therefore:

a. Make sure that you encode your movie to the Video CD standard. b. Burn the VCD at the lowest speed possible.
