I have an 8x20 Drive thru trailer with an ada Bathroom for sale, all espresso equipment included,(also has 4 sinks, handwash plus NSF 3 compartment sink) full mop sink, This unit is loaded with everything, we have to vacate our leasehold, so the land owner can develop the land. This unit does have to be hooked up to city water and sewer, It is hooked up like you would hook up a Mobil home, Can be pulled with a one ton truck, we are Centraly located in the Midwest, We are asking 35k
