Hi Ihave just tried the new moviemaker 2to make a home video off of a vhs tape to vcd which this is the first program i used that seemed to work ok . the only problem i have is when i play it on my dvd player it seems o hesitate on play back. almost as if it stopped at each frame is there any way to fix this problem. the quality of the movie was great for xvcd quality. i used tmpgenc to encode it and vcd easy to make bin files and cdrwin to burn movie. Has anyone triedd this new program to create vcd from home video's. How do you like the program, I think it is a life saver. Thank you very much for any help.
