Go to http://www.vcdhelp.com. There's a doc there that tells how to do it. You need to realize that VCD specs do NOT support copy protection and if you add copy protection to your VCD, you may make it unplayable on some players. A really smart, determined person may still be able to get around your copy protection anyway. If your VCD is going to be something you intend to sell, you need to be prepared to deal with irate customers who can't get it to play because your copy protection prevented their players from playing it.
