Why does'nt Poe speak of his Deceased Wife Annabelle Lee in His Poems?

Virginia was his wife. Probably he referred to her as Eulalie and Ulalume in poems of those titles. The poem, "Annabel Lee" is a different discussion though it must be that part of its inspiration was his recently deceased wife. Poe rarely speaks real names or descriptions of important women in his life in works that works of art in themselves. Some were personally addressed in correspondence with friends (Fanny Osgood, "Helen" Whitman- both poets themselves)but are not the poems commonly remembered by most.

ummm... Anabelle Lee is a sunken ship, not his bride, he was speaking metaphorically.
