Monumental Bell used by Vigilance Committee

Does anyone know whatever became of the "Monumental Bell" used by the 1851 and 1856 Vigilance Committees?

This bell, which hung over the Monumental Engine Company (located above what is now Portsmouth Square), played a very significant role during San Francisco's early turbulent days.

In 1903, the bell was used during a ceremony by the California Historic Landmarks League commemorating Fort Gunnybags with a bronze tablet.

Whatever happened to this bell? Does anyone know if the bell is on display anywhere today?
