Why can't members track previous reservations/payments on the website?

greenspun.com : LUSENET : zipcar : One Thread

I noticed that the Zipcar website allows members to track invoices (i.e., charges made to a credit card), but not itemized reservations and payments/drawdowns against existing credit. I'd very much like to be able to track my usage, see which cars I've reserved, when, for how long, and how much I've paid each month, year, etc. I use Zipcar for business as well as for pleasure, so it would be very useful for me to be able to track expenses this way. At the very least, members should be able to see each individual reservation in an itemized fashion so that they can manage their driving costs more effectively.

Jonathan,

You can see the invoice detail which I think includes all of the above if you click on the invoice date in the column labelled "Date (click to view in detail)".

You're right, for privacy reasons we don't let you see the company invoices if you aren't a corporate administrator on the account. We'll look into providing a view of your own charges on the corporate account.

Actually, from the historical invoices, I can only see invoices for my personal use. I also have a Corporate account and would very much like to be able to see what the company I work for is being billed for due to my usage. Right now, I cannot find a feature on the zipcar website to enable me to find out this information. Please advise.
