For definitive and inclusive sources for your concerns I think that Thomas Ollive Mabbott's "Edgar Allan Poe: Complete Poems" recently reissued into softcover is still the most complete. I only found a few things missing that perhaps a good cruising of the internet might have helped in arcane matter and sources, like Mary Shelley's poem as influence for "To One in Paradise". While it is missing deep discussion of actual poetics it does get to the makings, the sources and the meanings of the poems, despite Poe's penchant for deliberate vagueness to preserve the centrality of mood over imagery.
