Vassula Ryden is a supposed mystic/visionary who has been reporting messages purportedly received in heavenly visions for about the last fifteen years. She has a considerable following, and draws large audiences when she makes public appearances. The Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith has published warnings concerning her supposed apparitions, and ennumerating various doctrinal errors contained in her supposed messages.
