The past couples of months have seen an increased in the organization of the LAY YOUTH LEAGUE in the 15th Episcopal District. My greatest problem is that we do not have any legislative information about this "new baby" and there is no reference to it in the new Book of Discipline and Doctrine. Can someone still throw more light on this entity, please!
