I created a SVCD using DVD2SVCD, and the final product had the sound out of sync with the picure. Can I do anything about this?

Correction, the sound and picture WERE in sync, but I multiplexed it to be a VCD 1 non standard and the resulting MPG was out of sync. Can I make sure when I multiplex that it comes out ok?
