I am capturing the video with pinnacle mp10 on vcd format but i didn't getting better quality and if i capture the video in high bitrate it will giving better quality but taking more space and when i making vcd with nero then it will show me error like 're-encode the file' i have re-encode that file but the nero software also make the lower quality video after creating the vcd. So please help me what can i do to clear my this problem. Can i use other software or any other codecs to make video high quality.
