i was wondering if there was a way of writing rm files or wmv files into vcd's....??? thanks!

You can try Nero. But I'm not sure if Nero does.

Nero can do it... Nero will encord automatically when you burn a video file to VCD.. but i think the quality not as good as the original file.. u can try it..
