Sako makes the Optilock Quick Detach, the Picatinny (Mil-Std 1913) and the massive 3 ring Pod-Lock mount (400 bucks). US Optics will make anything, and Precision Arms (precisionarms.com) has their own mount now too.

Warne makes a true 1913 rail that fits the TRG. I ordered one on Monday and received in on Friday ( OR to GA). Their customer service is excellent. I was even warned that the mounting screws were non standard and should not be substituted.

The mount is very nice. I used Badger rings and the scope required very little adjustment. Zero/Zero on th ebase and rings.

Its nice when things work as advertised!

I bought the Sako Optilock Quick Detachable mount for a TRG. It does indeed have a 30 MOA forward slope (I measured it). However, I am not sure I want to use it with my custom US Optics SN6 scope because the Sako mount seems tiny next to it. I am looking for something that at least looks like more of a match between the scope and the rifle. US Optics does make Picatinny rails with a forward slope; but, since the Picatinny rail on the TRG 22/42 is integral, a sloped rail as an add-on is irrelevant. My only option is still a base with a forward slope. US Optics does not stock something like this, so I am going to ask them to make one: A more robust quick detachable base with the same 30 MOA forward slope to clamp the SN6 onto that integral rail. US Optics is in the business of building custom products, and they did a fine job on my custom scope, so I'm going back to them for this too.

I have a SAKO TRG 22 and got the one piece 22* scope mount from Precision arms. It is hardened steel and has the piccitiny rail that is great for a quick release leupold rings. Cost me $185 but I didn't have any other place to choose from. Go to Precisionarms.com and either talk to Gene or Leisa Luke. they own the place. High prices but that's California

Sako makes a phosphated Pickiuny(sorry for the spelling) mount which locks into the depressions on top and grips the rails very tightly. It is very heavy duty and is supposidly taperet to give 1200 meter capability. That said, there is a gunstore in Canada which manufactures a Pickiuny with 25 m.o.a. taper for $175(?Able or Aimpoint guns). Then there is alway Sako's own detachable blued mount (search for Sako scope mounts(?some "generalstore.com"). Good luck with the searching.
