Hmmm, if you find out what key they tuned their guitars to, it should be pretty damn easy to pick out their grooves. I believe i read somewhere that they tuned down to "C" in almost all of their songs on the "Pentastar: In the style of demons" record, except for the track " high command" which i think was tuned down to "G".

I think I read somewhere in an interview that pentastar was mostly in just drop-D actually, but earth 2 for example was in c or something.

Yea, i was referring to the notes on tuning that i read in the mike stutz interview months ago. But youre right, i double checked and Dylan used drop D and standard for most of the songs on pentastar, and used E flat for " peace in mississippi". I was right about the g tuning, just wrong about the song. instead of " High Command" being in G, it was " Tallahasse". the OTHER song that had lyrics. heh. in case anyone still cares. lol.

yeah even the feedback's in c. the wynu show is a good example of this.

it's true tho, the riffs aren't exactly hard (with the exception of some of the solo's on pentastar)
