Today, I called Cingular and had $21 removed from our current bill. This $21 represented an "upgrade" charge.

In addition, I complained that I never received my 2 $30 rebates. She credited our account with $60. This brought the current bill down to $87.16. I paid this in full using our checking account. Confirmation number 4195431.

I then asked to transfer one phone number to another person. They faxed me some forms to fill out.
