I would like to know if there is any way of playing Karaoke disks on a PC and being able to display the text changing along with the music.

Answers

Use CDRWIN from Goldenhawk (free demo download)to extract the tracks (bin files)then you can get a free player called "karaoke builder" player which will play both bin files and CDG files.
