How does one rip VCD audio tracks into MOP3 format? Are there software on the market that supports the conversion?

Nero ROM burner does the job very well. To simplify the procedure, choose "Audio CD"i the wizard, once the file browser opened up, choose "save track". Select individual or all tracks.

You can also save it as either WAV or MP3 in your local harddisk. If you intend to burn it into CDs songs, then WAV file is the choice.
