I don't know about a web site but my friend got all of his Sister Princess of from Kazaa. It only took him a month to download all 26 episodes. Well really it was two of my friends that got it. One gt the first 10 episodes and gave them to me then my friend got the rest and then gave them to me too so now we have all the series. We also got Excel Saga, Kanon, I's (manga), Love Hina (manga and the series), and many many other awesome anime. It might take some time to get the ones you want on Kazaa but it's definitly worth it, well unless of course you just go and buy it instead.

Before you hit Kazaa and wait forever for things to download...check out this site...animesuki.com...you'll find what you what there even the latest new releases...it's a lot faster than kazaa...trust me...
