I would like to install two capture card in my PC, I have OS window 98 and I'm using Pentium 4 1.6. I have Pinnacle DC 10 capture card for PCI and Snazziova-085x firewire video cpture card, Can the two will not conflict in the system when they are installed? Can they create permanent damage in my PC ?

They should not conflict if installed correctly. Pinnacle cards normally want to be installed on a specific PCI slot and use a specific IRQ #; you have to look out for this. I'm saying this based on I once installed a Matrox RT2500 and a ADSTech PyroPro DV card in a 2GHz P4 MV850D, and in Premiere options to choose from the two FireWire and one analogue input are present. You should be more concerned with the Pinnacle's compatibility (or lack of it) with the chipset your motherboard has, or with the amount of system RAM, or other h/w. For example, Matrox flatly says its new RTX10 capture board should NOT be used in systems with VIA chipsets, and will also refuse to install unless in the process a separate HDD for storing AV files is detected.
