Ingredients
6 Breasts (4 cups)
2 T Lemon Juice
2/3 Cup Almonds
3/4 Cup Mayonaise
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. MSG (we never use)
1 Cup Monterey Jack, shredded
2 Cups Celery, chopped
4 Hard Boiled Eggs
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 tsp. Minced Onion
1 Cup crushed potato chipsProcess
Hard boil eggs. Boil chicken and cube. In a large bowl, mix lemon juice, mayonaise, salt, MSG, celery, chopped eggs, soup, and onions. Add chicken. Mix well. Place in casserole dish. Layer cheese and almonds. Top with crushed potato chips. Back @ 350 until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
