The Human Resources Manager – Supply Chain, will be responsible for building a high performance work culture within the Novartis Nutrition Business. This individual will evaluate and improve existing human resources policies and programs, as well as create new programs in order to build a solid human resources infrastructure in a changing environment.

The successful candidate will have 6-8 plus years HR Experience, including at least 2 years Manager level/GeneralistConversion experience from traditional to HPO environment required, experience with Brownfield and Greenfield methodologies preferredPrior manufacturing and distribution experience requiredHealth care/Consumer Products background a plus

The qualified candidate will possess exceptional business acumen, strategic planning skills, organizational assessment, oral and written communication skills. Must have highly developed leadership abilities and interpersonal skills. Must be a performance driven, fast-paced individual with demonstrated abilities aligning HR goals with corporate objectives.

A Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA/MHR is preferred.
