Hotel Sentor

greenspun.com : LUSENET : San Francisco History : One Thread

My father and mother were married somewhere in California in 1924 thay have been dead for over twenty years, while going through some old boxes I found a silver ash tray with Hotel Senator 1924 on it. Is there a hotel in San Fransico with that name, and was it there during the earthquake.? Thank you

Hello, I believe the Senator Hotel is low-income housing, and it was used during the Indian occupation of Alcatraz around 30 years ago.
