download the TMPGenc freeware and the bbMPEG freeware too... for export mpeg1, mpeg2, VCD, SVCD, DVD... is easy and fastest. For capture in mpeg need another capturecard... enjoyit..! www.valhala.com.ar

The ATI All in wonder cards are great mpeg1 capture cards. you would need a smoking fast machine to use the mpeg2 setting for real time capture though!
