How can I make alcoholic beer from non-alcoholic beer? Thanks Anita

Anita,

Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of the non-alcoholic products. Also in our region, (W. WI) where we have a brewery, alcoholic beer is cheaper in most cases than the non-alcoholic brews.

Why do you want to add alcohol to non-alcoholic anyway? I just wondered

pour in a fifth of vodka

Dear Bob,

This question anita has asked applies to me due to living in an Islamic country (Iran). Here you may find all kinds of non-alcoholic beers but no alcoholic is available at low prices or they are smuggled from unknown factories. So still vodka is not safe to drink or you may lose anything after!! I beleive that with adding yeast and hop and suger it will be fine, but the percentage and know-how is important. I might use your further instructions concerning other liqueurs to make at home later than beer. But anyway, you'll be blessed if you could make me tipsy!

Cheers!
