Early Church Fathers -- For Emerald (and Tim if he's interested)

greenspun.com : LUSENET : Catholic : One Thread

Hey Emerald:

You get the Early Church Fathers on line at several locations as they are part of the public domain. You can actually read Polycarp's last letter right before his martyrdom.

Here's the site I always use. http://www.ccel.org/fathers2/

For quotes from the fathers on every topic from purgatory to sola scripture and EVERYTHING in between, check out http://www.cin.org/users/jgallegos/contents.htm

Have fun!

I find this one good as well. Excellent resource, and most of the full writings of the Fathers.

God Bless

Thank you sir; I appreciate it.

One problem with history is that there is just too much of it; sometimes you have to narrow it down to just what's important. This seems important.
