Leeds & Holbeck are trying to get £4,500 in a mortgage shortfall but after following all the advise on the site i am getting no response from them. If they give up or have given up, how do i get to move on in life as i am considering marriage and the possibility of a new life, but will i have the ability to get the default off? and then have a good credit rating? and can they come after me again?

For that amount of money why risk ruining your credit and ability to get another mortgage in the future. They will settle for a fraction - pay them them and move on!
