How can I convert mpe files to mpg? What is the difference between the two?

They're the same thing; both are mpeg files. What flavour of mpeg is a different story.

The only way I have found to convert a .mpe to s .mpg was to exit to dos and key "rename filename.mpe filename.mpg" I would like to find an easier way. Camel is the file combiner that I use and it does not work with .mpe's. If you know of another file combiner that does work with .mpe's or an easier way of converting groups of .mpe's, then please email me.
